New Chat System Available for Members!
We have installed a new chat system that is now available for all registered and logged in members of the community. It loads at the bottom of the forums ONLY when you are logged in and is integrated with our forum login and password system. The advantage of that is that if a user is banned from the forums they cannot access chatrooms either and moderation is easier and more flexible. Additionally, you can choose to "Block" any users you want to avoid interacting with, just like in the forums, in the chat system. When you block a user you will not see their private messages, the public chatroom is of course, public for all members with access. You can also create private chatrooms and invite only those users you wish to chat with and further limit who you interact with. Forum mods should automatically be chat mods as well, meaning they can remove users from chat and access user created rooms that are set to private.
Thanks!
