omg!!!

I just swallowed something out of a bottle of ribena!!

I took a drink and felt something in my mother got such a shock swallowed something that was in my mouth, spat some of it out and there was a black thing floating around, I feel like there is now something stuck in my throat!

Im so utterly freaked out its unreal, I dont feel well as it is I havent all day, this is just topping it all off!!

What am I going to do???

Im so scared that its going to make me v* I dont know what it was but it was something quite large and lumpy!

It's absolutely nothing hun your fine, just because there was something in you mouth doesn' tmean your going to vomit from it, I get all kinds of things in my mouth. Every once and a while I'll get this white little chunk not sure what it is, and this is coming from my mouth not a bottle it was probably a piece of food or dirt whatever it is it will not make you vomit or get sick, calm down hun you have to realize you making the situation worse then it is, calm down and tell yourself stop being control and making a big deal over nothing, I do this all the time it actually helps, no need for worry! your fine!!

Now I know this might sound facetious, but could it have been a blackcurrant? Ribena's full of them, it could have been one which slipped through the crushing process.Whatever though, without a doubt you will be fine, I've swallowed flies, all sorts, and never v*. Try not to worry.
