(sorry for tmi) For the past month i have been having d* or not being able to use the bathroom on and off, its like one day my stomach is upset, then the next day its ok, then the next its upset again. I think it links with my eating again and when im stressed. Since yesterday its been really bad, and im thinking maybe it was all the dairy i had, i had 2 bowls of cereal with milk, ice cream, cake and i also had cheese, so maybe it was just to much for my stomach, i've had the feeling all day, like a cramp all over my stomach and back, it also feels really gassy. I have a doctors appointment in about 45 minutesabout this so i will ask him then, does anyone get this with there ibs, im sure it is my ibs as i used to get it every morning, then it went for a while, then came back.

Yes, i've had ibs for over 20 yrs...and i get all those symptoms...at one time or another....and sometimes all at the same time...i would ask the doc about this...and maybe he can give you something for it. I have suffered for many years with my ibs...and really they have meds for it, but they all don't work for alot of people. Good luck, and let us know what the doc says!!!

Hey, thanks for the reply. I went to the doctors and they said it was the ibs and also my stomach getting used to the food again, he told me to take paracetamol when i get the pain and lay on my stomach, also drink peppermint tea and go for a walk if i can. Thanks for the reply.
