Ok having a bit of a freak out at the moment, I have a pain right in the middle of my stomach, going right through to my back I think, or it could just be the discomfort.

I ate meat for the first time tonight about 6 hours ago and Im hoping I dont have fp

Ive had to get back up out of bed again on the last night im getting to spend with my partner, I just wanted to fall asleep with her but obviously this stupid god damn emet isnt going to let me

This pain and n* feeling still isnt passing, Im really really worried as people say when they are going to b* or have they have had a stomach ache and this is really what I have

The pain and discomfort you described sounds a lot like pain I sometimes get after eating fattier cuts of meat.

If you haven't eaten meat in a long time then I can well believe that it might upset you a little bit.

It's probably just because you aren't used to it, not because you have fp. Did you cook it yourself or get it from a restaurant?

Also, some Tums usually help when I have this feeling. I don't know if they're called something else in the UK, but they're mild chewable tablets that treat heartburn and indigestion.

I agree, I think that the pain is caused by indigestion or heartburn and will be helped by an antacid of somekind. Your stomach is not used to eating meat so its complaining a bit. I hope you feel better this morning. M x

I also agree that to. Your stomach isn't used to the meat, and its probally the fat in it making your stomach feel off. My mum gave me sunflower oil tuna yesterday which is just fat, and as my stomach wasn't used to it, it gave me a bad stomach, try not to worry, its your body just not used to it. Hope you feel better.

Definitely indigestion - I saw my doctor about it (this was a couple of years ago) and he said it was very common for the pain to start in the stomach and radiate to the back. Try indigestion tablets or Gaviscon. Hope you feel better soon!

I'm sure its just a bit of indigestion, you won't v*. Try to relax, try a hot water bottle or heat pad on your stomach to relax the muscles as muscles that are tight through fear can give you stomach ache as well.
