birhtcontrol and pregnancy ladies help

I really don't know what to do. Please any advice..help at all. So I
have been on orthoevra
for more than two years now...and I'm totally scared. I used to use it
for a month then take it off...then i moved to wearing the patch for
three months and then off for a week...well im freaking out because i
just started bleeding. I went pee and there was blood from my
crotch...so i dont know what to think...i was told by the doctor that
if you bleed early to take the patch off and just have your
period...but that was when my body was getting adjusted to it...which
was almost a year ago...im so scared because i think it means im
pregnant...my mom and my sister bleed a little when they were pregnant
all 6 times...im scared. My mom was on birthcontrol when she got
pregnant too. I'm only 21 and my boyfriend is only 19 and I dont in any
way want to have a kid right now, and my boyfriend is even less ready.
i dont really believe in abortion for me...but mostly im not ready to
deal with the pregnancy sickness and stuff...im so scared...i dont want
to be pregnant...and since i just peeded i have to wait to take the at
home test that i have...i have them an take them when i get my period,
just make myself feel safe and sure...i dont know whats going on...
This is the last week before my period week...do you think it just came
early? im so scared. im so scared any please talk to
me...Should I just take my patch off and see if im just ahving my
period???? i have had this feeling for a little while that i was
pregnant because i felt strang in my stomach but i figured it was just
my emets

Any news yet? I would take the test as soon as you can, since you have it. Then I would definitely call your doctor and see why you're bleeding. I wouldn't worry too much about it - you can bleed for many different reasons. I would try to find a birth control that works for you that you can stick with - I've been on the same one for 8 years straight and have never had a problem. It's all a matter of finding the right one, but be sure to be consistent! Keep us updated - good luck!

I haven't taken the test...the two hours I was supposted to wait is
almost here...i will let you know. i have been so consistant with my bc
because i know i dont want a baby or morning sickness...and it has
almost been three years...so as long as it is still working i think im
okay...im just htink that my period is starting for some reason...i

I took the test and it said negative..but im still scared cuz my period is supposed to be next week so maybe its too late...

Call your doctor and ask them. Chances are you're not pregnant. This may be normal for the bc you are on, or they may want to switch you. Good luck.[img]smileys/smilies_01.gif[/img]
