    I always seem to feel s* and nervous before I go to bed, but for some reason tonight I was fine...and so tired!

    I went to bed at 11. It's now past 3 am and I haven't slept at all! I dozed for maybe 20 minutes, but I keep jerking awake, being nervous and feel like I'm going to v* even though I know it's all in my head. Nothing is wrong with my stomach, I can feel that I'm a little hungry, even. So why can't I stay asleep?

    I'm not really looking for advice, just somewhere to complain. Haha.

    Awww sorry you feel like this, that happend to me the other night, i was fine before i went to bed, then i lay doen and start thinking, do i feel n*? then in the end i make myself feel n* from thinking about it to much. It happend again last night but i was so fed up i shut my eyes and tryed thinking about other things, and i must have dropped off in the end. Do you go to sleep hungry?? its best to try not to as it will keep you awake. Maybe having some milk or tea before bed to settle your stomach.

    Exactly! I wasn't n* at all, but the constant jerking awake has me worried...is my body trying to tell me something? I've been semi-ill this week and have been going to sleep hungry because it makes me feel safer.

    Awww sorry. Yeah its like you drop off and wake up all of a sudden. I understand about going to sleep hungry i used to do the same thing. Do you eat well?? i eat moe in the morning, then like for dinner i have a bowl of cereal and then some ginger biscuits about 2 hours before i go bed so its settled but not full and i know my lunch would have gone down. I hope you feel better and get some sleep as not sleeping can make you feel worse.

    I just read your post about gaining weight, actually, and how you're eating more--good for you! I'm eating less and less lately and I know it can't be good for me. I usually can't bring myself to eat dinner, which I know is a problem.

    I wish I could sleep! I think it's making me feel worse, I definitely feel worse now. Bah, stupid emet. Being nervous when there is absolutely no reason is really annoying, and I seem to do it every day now.

    The same things happenes to me all the time. I'll be talking on the phone with my friends before I go to sleep and I'll be totally happy and fine. Then I'll hang up with them and I'l go into bed and all of a sudden I'll start panicking thinking I'm sick & I get very nauseous. One thing that helps me feel better is watching a funny tv show or movie while I try to fall asleep.

    Awwww i know it can be hard to eat with emet, but i think i learned that you need to, i ended up in hospital because of it and it was like i was surrounded by ill people, the woman next door had the winter v* and i just wanted to run and even tried to, but my mum and dad made me stay as i was to ill, i now relise that eating is probaly best as it hurts when you v* on an empty stomach, and its just very un pleasent, sorry i don't mean to scare you, just to let you know, if you eat healthy the less likely you will be ill. I know its weird you feel fine, then as soon as you go to bed you feel n*, i think its just because we think about it.
