SCARED...please help!!

I just got into work this morning...my good friend who I always have lunch with called off last Friday. i sent her an e-mail this morning and asked her what was wrong and she had sv!! OH NO!! She said that she had it and her daughter did too and now her husband might have it. I am so scared!! I am afraid I will get it...do you think if she had it Thursday night and Friday and is better today that I could still catch it? I don't know what I will do...my son is already sick with an ear infection. I hate this feeling...I really do...now I will be thinking about it all day and make myself sick worrying. I am seriously almost ready to cry. Why, why, why.

Hey... You are not doomed and stop thinking about the what if's, okay? You will be okay. Just stay calm and don't let yourself think negatively like this. The stress will cause your tummy to ache and then you could panic for no reason. Take deep breaths and focus on your work. Everything will be okay.

I can't stop thinking about it. Now I am starting to get a stomach ache. I can't tell if I feel sick or I am just feeling over anxious. I am supposed to meet my friend for lunch, but I am kind of freaked out to. this stinks.

your just anxious...i wouldnt worry unless you were eating in her
bathroom...which you wont be...so no worries okay? try to stay calm and
take care of yourself
