The Bathroom

One time I was in Target with my friend and she had to go to the bathroom so I went with her. I had EMT but I wasn't even thinking about it at the time...


A lady came into the bathroom, went into a stall and I heard her start v**. I freaked out and ran out of the bathroom. Ever since then I've been terrified of using public bathrooms. I have no choice but to use them because I live on campus @ a college and community living is all around.


Now I can't stand going into bathrooms when other people are in there...and if somebody comes in after me I stop whattever I'm doing and run out.





Any body else have this problem? I just need a little reassurance [img]smileys/smilies_08.gif[/img]

Oh yes! I freak out in public bathrooms. I just get in, do what is necessary as quickly as possible, wash hands and bolt. I get particularly nervous when I'm in the stall. I hate it. I always worry someone will come in and v*. The sound of v* is worse than anything, so I freak.


The only time I am calm in a public bathroom, is when I'm on a road trip, doped up on Dramamine, and half asleep. The world could fall apart around me, and I wouldn't care. Gotta love that stuff!

I'm actually ok with public bathrooms! But I think that's mainly because I've never had a bad experience with one - not even an ordinary bathroom (I've never actually done the whole 'v*ing into the toilet' thing, believe it or not!).


Its understandable why people don't like them though...90% of them are completely gross! Classy public bathrooms*do* exist...like, in fancy department stores and stuff. I always aim for those, I like my public loo experiences to be 'pleasant', lol!


But anyway - breezie, you're not alone!

I've never heard anyone V* in a public restroom but I have like opened the door to a stall and SEEN V* In or around the toilet so yes I fear public bathrooms and I don't think I've used a public bathroom in a while. I've been in them to do other things like wash my hands and stuff but I don't go in the stalls.

Yes--I know exactly how you all feel!
I've had a few experiences with hearing people v* in the bathroom--once in a bar and it was horrifying. This girl came in and went into the stall. She was obviously intoxicated (she was being helped by her friends) and proceeded to v* all over the FLOOR! I was in the very next stall but might have well been in there with her. They were all laughing and joking like it was the funniest thing in the world, and i was mad and shaking and panicked. Yuck!
Plus I've been at the airport a few times and heard women v*--completely awful. And each time it was right after I'd bought something to eat for later--I always ended up throwing my food away! Absolutely ruins my day.
Now when I'm in a public restroom and someone comes in I (and this is TOTALLY childish!!) I actually plug my ears! I know, it's immature. But it helps!!

I plug my ears too! I thought I was nutty for doing that. But I just can't handle the sound of *it*. You're not alone!

I hate public bathrooms and only use them if its actually necessary, and even then im in and out before you can count to 2!!! I always hold my breath or wrap a scarf round my face and dont even stop to wash my hands (I have hand sanitiser!!!)


I dont even like using the work toilets cos there always seems to be someone s*, just luucky I live close by so can come home for lunch if I need to.

i hate public restrooms. Ever since the 4th grade when i went to use the bathroom and opened a stall door and there was v* everywhere. If I have to go to a public bathroom and there is someone else with me, I will make them check to see if it clean before i go in. If I am by myself, i will slowly open the stall doors and check. Luckily I have only opened one stall since that 4th grade incident that was v* in. After I open the stall door, I go in, hover, kick the flusher, wash my hands and get the hell out.

I feel like that everyday! I work at a restaurant and everyday I work and have to use the restroom, I will slowly open the door to make sure it's clear and hope that the person waiting outside the door isn't waiting for the restroom to v* and not make it in on time. That happened once and ever since, I can't use public restrooms in peace.

i get freaked out if i see anyone rushing to a bathroom and would rather wet myself than face something bad. i like empty bathrooms where no small children or drunk people go.

I hate public bathrooms! First and foremost I will only pee in a public restroom and only if I have to go REALLY bad! Uck!!!
