Hi Ruby. Do you have IBS at all? You might be going through a bit of a stressful/anxiousperiod, which is affecting your whole system. I had the same thing a few months ago - I hated waking up and immediately feeling uncomfortable. But it *does* go away! Just try some relaxation techniques, maybe before you go to bed, or just throughout the day. Making little alterations in your life to make it less stressful can really help you feel better [img]smileys/smilies_01.gif[/img]
I know waking up and feeling n* is an emet's worst nightmare, but just keep reminding yourself that its only anxiety, and that you can control howyou feel. Once you start believing that, you'll feel better, I promise!
