Worried =(

so Ive got a few things I need to talk about thats kinda worrying me/freaking me out, so sorry if I ramble..

First off, I just went to the bathroom there and (TMI) I was constipated as usual and I noticed that there was white bits in it :S that has never happined to me before, and it wasnt as if it was off white, it was just really white =(

Also, I just had some lunch and when having my sandwich I noticed the ham I was eating was a little more white than usual, it didnt go out of date till the 19th and it says once opened consume within 2 days, and I opened it this time yesterday, Im really hoping this isnt going to make me ill!!

I am feel really n* at the moment, last night when I was trying to sleep everytime I lay down I felt s* it was weird, I hadnt ate that much yesterday because of this REALLY bad cold ive got, so hopfully it was just that.

The last thing is really worrying me, on friday night when I took my bra off my breast just hurt thats the only way to describe it and over the weekend it got worse, I keep checking to see if there is any bursing or anything like that but nothing, its very uncomfortable, I tried to think that day did I lift anything heavy ect but nope, its more near my nipple and if you press it in even slightly its very painful, Ive sat on it to see if it would go down but today I rang to see the nurse but cant until wednesday unfortunetly, I know that none of you are doctors Im just wondering if any of you have experienced this?

First off I'm sure the ham sandwhich was fine...dont worry aboutthat at all. AS for the constipation have you started taking fiber pills??? Or fiber suppliments, they can really help regulate. AS for feeling sick when you lay down that happens to me when I have gas, so maybe you have gas too. And for your breast my bf is feeling that way fort he last few days. Is there a bump or lump under the skin? He has a small lump under his nipple that hurts quite a lot when it is touched, I think he has a cyst, but I wouldnt worry about your breast seeing that you will be getting it checked. Sorry your so uncomfertable right now. I hope it feels better soon.

Nope havent started and fiber pills but I am trying to up my fruit and veg as I have tried the fiber drink before and that kept giving me d*, ugh

I cant actually touch the area to see if there is one or I would, if I get slighly cold the whole breast reacts and gets painful, ugh what w weekend that was.

yea going to get it checked just incase.

I take chewable fiber pills..but i know they have this new fiber product that you can just mix into whatever you makeing to eat. It looks interesting and it may help. I hope your feeling better. Consitpation is the s***s, haha sorry not so funny. Let me know how the doctors goes

hmm Ive never heard of those fiber pills il have a look into them, thankx!

Yea il let you know how it goes at the doc's, just worrying since I havent checked my breast in a while :S

The ones i take are called Fiber Choice orange flavored lol...
