Congratulations!!!!! There is no guarantee you will v* so try not to worry. I was always ok as long as my stomach wasn't empty. Ginger tea is good if you have any n*.

I second the sea bands they do help. I'm not sure where you live but in Canada you can take diclectin it's an anti emetic that is safe to take in pregnancy. If you have severe morning sickness it's worth talking to your doctor about.

This sounds a little odd but I found it helpful. If you feel gaggy it can really help to carry sliced lemons around in a baggy. If you feel a gag comming on, sniff them. I know it sounds funny but I found it helpful and I had severe NVP.

Awww thanks guys so much for your kind words, my friend has just bought me some sea bands so going to give them a go.. ive had 4 pregnancies but miscarried on 2 at about 12 weeks and i had a little boy 2 years ago and the morning sickness has been pretty much the same for each pregnancy, im just hoping this pregnancy is not worse because of how bad my diet has been this last year, i suffer with a lot of acid and heartburn which makes me feel n* all the time so this is why im panicing so much!!! but fingers crossed.. need to get to see the doctor about some meds just in case, i already have some stemetil which i have never used yet as i try to fight the n* as much as poss, i dont want to get reliant on them. thanks again to you all, i dont know what i would do without all your support[img]smileys/smilies_01.gif[/img]

You should also try sucking on some honey-lemon cough drops! I always suck on them when I feel n*! You wouldn't think they would help but they really do!! I'm so happy for you!!!!!
