Feeling Rough!

I feel awful!!!!

Last night I started to get a headache that basically still hasnt gone away yet =(

Then a little while after dinner I had an ibs attack, atleast I think thats what it was, but its still going on at the moment, strange cramping, pain n* and this headache just wont go away =(

Ive just tried some bread because even thought im only a litle hungry im begining to feel weak now.

I have no clue whats going on, as im feeling disorientated with feeling unwell [img]smileys/smilies_06.gif[/img]

Have you taken any pills to reduce headache?

Just had some toast so going to take some pills for it, but just the thought that its only covering it up not getting rid of it doesnt help

im sorry are you not getting the sleep you need? i get headaches and
feel sick and n* when i dont get enough sleep...like last night
