Does anyone elseever feel like they CANNOT wake up without some part of your body hurting??? Monday it was my back, my head, and I had a tummy ache (not N* though) yesterday I woke up with a headache and went to my counselor....felt n* for a little bit but was ok.

Now today!!!! I woke up and was fine...at a scrambled egg and a glass of choc milk....now I have a headache and n*....I was going to go to wal mart but I guess not now!! I hope I feel better in time for me to go to work tonight!!!

I am so sick of feeling sick!!!!!!! I would take tylenol or something for my headache but I am afraid it will interact with my zoloft!!!!

I don't want to be sick!!!! I wish I could go one whole day without feeling n*. Everyday I am convinced that "TODAY IS THE DAY" and it never ever happens...you think I would stop thinking about it after a while LOL but NOOOOOO....of course not!!!

I wish my n* would go away!!! Any suggestions?? Does Ginger really work? Or what really works for nausea?? I usually just let it pass but today I've had it!!!! Please help!!!

I love ginger beer and definetly think it helps nausea, I regularly wake up feeling crappy and along with ginger beer (its non alcoholic in caase anyone was wondering)just try positive thinking and deep breathing.

Previous postshave suggesteddeep breaths thru the nose and out thru the mouth, however I was advised many years ago to breath in thru the mouth (becos the tongue absorbs oxygen) and outthru the nose................could be quite contraversial but this definetly works for me, if i do this foraminute or so it makes me much calmer.

Its really cheesy sounding but a PMA (positive mental attitude) works wonders, until the SV hits the office where i work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hey there,
You mentioned that you drank chocolate milk. That could easily set off nausea. Earlier I was feeling awful, but its cause I had milk and cereal. That very well could be why you feel sick today at any rate. Was the milk real cold? That could give you a headache as well.
I'm not sure about the zoloft, could you call a pharmacy and ask them? Usually they'll answer a question for you. I wouldn't want to give you wrong advice tho and have it do something. I really hope you feel better soon!

Thanks you guys!! I feel a little bit better.....It's cold here today so I am freezing and I still have a headache...but I just ate a Dove Dark Chocolate Candy bar!!! mmmmmmmm....it was soooooo good! LOL I think I was just panicing a little too much!!!You would think that after all this time, we emets would know that 90% of the time our n* is caused by being anxious or nervous!! LOL Oh well, I am guilty as charged! We all just need a little reassurance when we are feeling yucky....that's why I love this site!
I CAN get through this! ♥Melanie♥
