To be honest Violet I wouldn't suggest it, my reason for this being that you have really bad ibs and seem to have issues with acid and eating a greasy burger isn't really going to help at all. If you do eat it please try and take off as much grease as you can and be aware your ibs may be triggered for a few days. I'm not a Dr, but I know what upsets my ibs and red meat is it. It probably won't make you sick or anything like that, but you are so very stressed right now.

Normally I wouldn't advise avoidance but given all you say lately I don't know if upsetting your ibs is the best,
Be courageous, believe in yourself, and be the best woman you can be. I'm with you all the way.

Has your doctor recommended any iron supplements? I know when I was pregnant with my first child, I became anemic, and my doctor had me on loads of iron.

The only way i eat red meat is if its lean...i only eat ground
serloin....7% or less fat, or a lean cut steak...i need iron lots too,
its a great source, but just watch out for the fatty ground beef...like
chuck..not good...too much grease will cause d* i have xperienced that.
dont worry about it too much...eat some bread with it, to "soak"up the
grease. eat it, and enjoy your body feeling better
    I love Sam
