    Hey

    I was in Sainsburys last week and in the freezer section I found these things that I guess are like little ice cubes of crushed herbs. Well they had some crushed ginger ones which I bought.

    I think they are so so good for nausea because not only does the ginger help but the fact that they are ice cubes helps too as it cools you down when you are hot and panicking, and you can use them to make ginger tea etc

    They are probably by no means a new thing but this is the first time I've seen them and I was pretty pleased since I always have to buy ginger root, especially when I am hormonal and the nausea is getting me down.

    Thats cool, I usually have stem ginger or cystallised ginger to chew or good ole ginger beer, but i will look out for those.
