***May be graphic or TMI sorry!***

    Hi all-

I was at work last night and I was ok (after I took my xanax) and I got home and I was sitting in bed reading when all of a sudden I got a really bad tummy ache....I went to the bathroom and had loose poop...didn't really think too much of it cause I had ate some junk food at work. So went back to bed (sitting propped up of course) and I sat there for like 5 seconds and had to get back up to go the bathroom (I hate that!) and I had d*!! It was like water! (sorry) So I sat there for a while to make sure I was "finished" so I could go back to bed. Wasn't really freakin' cause this just happens sometimes.... eat something that makes my tummy yucky and I go to the bathroom and then I feel better.

I went back to bed and fell asleep. I was ok. Then I woke up this morning and had to go again! (like 11 hours after the last time I went) only this time it was back to being loose poop (sorry again). Then I was ok. Now I feel really n* and I'm really tired...it's such a nice day and it's my day off that I want to enjoy it but now I am scared!!! I hope I'm not getting a sv.....I ate some bread and had some water but I still feel n* a little bit......

    D'oh! Why can't I have a day where I feel 100%????
I CAN get through this! ♥Melanie♥

I think it's more likely what you ate that affected you. I myself get the occasional discomfort after eating a bit of junk food. If it were a stomach virus you would've gradually gotten worse. Your anxiety is most likely making you feel nauseated; I wouldn't worry too much. Just relax, enjoy your day off. You'll be fine.
