I pulled an all nighter Sunday night because I had a huge paper due and I am a procrastinator. I came home from class and crashed around 3pm Monday and got up at 9pm Monday. I haven't eaten anything since late Sunday and I am so n*. It's this burning, gurgling, deep, n*. I am trying to force myself to eat some soup because I haven't eaten in 24 hours, but I can't seem to choke much down. I ate a rice cake with jelly for a quick little boost hoping that would help, but no dice. I feel really gassy and my guts are starting to ache and the n* is getting worse.

    Is this an sv?!?!?

It seems that you may just have a very empty stomach.

Do you have anything starchy, like crackers, bread, or something like that?

    LOL--I'm a procrastinator too! UGH!!!!

Yeh, it does sound like your stomach is empty, especially with the tightening feeling.

Is there anything else that sounds good to eat?I know it sounds silly, butmaybe a baked potato?

Chicken with rice soup sounded good but I can't get it down. I'm worried because in one of my classes today, 14 people were out sick. There is a huge sv flying around campus and it;s taking people down right and left.

    OOOHH, that's not good!

Are you having a hard tie eating because your throat feels closed? I get this when I am having a panic attack or feeling my phantom n* (in my mind).

I hope you can try to relax so you can eat something--you need to eat!! MMMMmmmmm--I LOVE chicken with rice soup! Every year we get a turkey and I make a bunch of turkey rice soup and freeze it--yummy!

No, it's just from n*. I am not n* anymore, but my throat feels fluttering and my stomach still hurts. I hate this!

Sorry you feel like this, but it really could be not having any food in your stomach, i used to get like this when i didn't eat much and even if i ate it didn;t go off for a while, there used to be times i was so hungry, i really thought i was going to v*, i used to have some toast and tea when i felt like that. I hope you feel better.

Thanks Ruth. It's really a vicious circle isn't it? Don't eat, feel n* so you don't eat, feel n* from not eating.....repeat.

    Hi there!!

Oh, I'm so sorry you feel so poorly!!! Could it be from not sleeping or eating much? I know when I do that (and I do it too much!!) I feel quite n* after awhile. It tends to make your whole body go out of sorts.
I hope you are feeling better by now!

I still feel awful even though I slept and ate. I just don't know what's going on.

Try drinking some ginger ale very slowly. That usually helps me alot. I hope you feel better soon.
