Yes. I once started panicking as I was enetering one of my favorite classes. My prof could tell something was up (he told me about a week later that he had suffered from GAD for years). It was odd because it was my favorite class. I do tend to panic for no damn reason at all and it rives me nuts. If I'm going to panic, I'd at least like to have a reason!!!!!

Have a cup of tea and think really hard about why you are getty panic-y. Realize that there is no reason and start the fight to re-focus your mind on dealing with the panic. I know it's hard, but you have to try!

    Feel better!

Been there too...I think that for me at least, the more stressed I am with other things in my life, the more the emet comes out or just general anxiety. Sometimes we put loads of undue pressure on ourselves to be perfect of "not act weird around other people" that it builds up and makes us more stressed and anxious. Hang in there...Great job on feeling the anxiety, but not limiting yourself and continuing to go to classes and such. I am a firm believer in the more that we avoid certain things, the strong the fear and anxiety will get. Way to goon continuing to face your fears!!
We have got to be able to laugh at ourselves about this!!
