Okay so today is my uncles birthday...and i made this feast for him and
my whole family, and that always makes me nervous...well i made pecan
and pumpking pie without any diary but with eggs...i made it at about
1pm they were done...but we never put them in the fridge...then i
though that was a bad idea and i freaked out that we will get sick from
them. i tried to tell myself that they sell these pies at the store
with no refridgeration but then there is usually perservatives...so i
dont know...plus is made turkey meatloaf..and it said it was cooked to
180* and i dont know, but it looked SOOOO pink that i cooked it
longer...and it still said 180 in more than one spot...and it had been
cooking for more than an hour by the first time i checked....but it was
still pink....and i was soo nervous about it, but everyone ate it...im
so scared we are going to get sick....my mom said the meat was really
good fresh meat thats why it was more pink than grey...it was organic
and fresh, we dont usualy get it. so im freaking out....do you think we
    are at risk for fp*????

OK the pie is fine. I refridgerate it cuz i like it better cold but the egg is cooked, I don't fridge cakes and brownies etc and it's fine,

The turkey, hehe its ironic a couple months ago I flipped of pink turkey meat ... during this time I looked up on the FDA website about pink turkey. If it is a young bird (as wella s a bunch of scientific stuff I don't understand) it can appear pink even when cooked. As long as the internal temp is right its safe. And if it didn't smell funky etc it's fine.

    Hope this helps!

As long as the egg was completely cooked then you should be fine. Don't think about it too much....you can make yourself feel bad just by thinknig those thoughts.
