Yeah I call them "precramps" and they annoy me and sometimes the back thing starts too.Ah the joys of womanhood!

Okay call me stupid but what are back cramps? I've never heard of those.

My cramps usually come on the first day of my period, some times the day before it starts too but they're never in my back. It's always at the bottom of my belly right where you'd expect considering what organ it is that's cramping.

Ugh be lucky you've never had back cramps!! It's like the ones in your
lower stomach, except they're in you back, almost your spine...
Difficult to explain...

Ever since I started taking birth control, I get back cramps and cramps
regularly... My gyno gave me blue pill thingies that help... Amazing
stuff

You're so lucky not to get them! It's basically the same feeling as you get on your lower belly, but also on your lower back=2x the pain! For the first two days of my periods, I have to lie down with a wheat bag on my back, and a heat pad onmy frontlol. Back massages are the best thing ever at that time though. Mmmm...lol

Blah, I get all the cramps as well. Sometimes they come weeks before my period. I hope you feel better and aren't totally wiped out.

I'm still feeling "period-y" LOL it's really my back that has been bothering me though....it sucks...like that backache when you get your period....LOL

I'm pretty proud of myself though....I'm feeling better mentally the last 4 days! I haven't had any anxiety! I'm in my 6th full week of Zoloft so i think it's finally starting to work! LOL

i have bad period back aches as well. of course, i went to the doctor and my uterus is upside down so instead of stomach cramps, i get it really bad in the back. to me though, a heating pad works really well. just sleep on top of one on a low setting throughout the night, and your pain should hopefully go away.
