Last nite, when i got in bed to sleep, out of nowhere I had these incredible cramps that started at my stomach and then became all over my abdomen. But mostly in the stomach. They were so bad that my mouth was watering and eyez were starting get teary. But I was so shocked that I didn't panic or feel scared at all. That was the strangest thing ever. When i get moderate cramps, I curl up in a ball and hold my stomach and feel scared. But such intense pain actually shocked me greatly that i just laid in bed stiff without any feeling except shock. The thought of vomit, or even sickness didn't cross my mind. Then it passed after 10 mins or so, and i fell asleep. I seem fine today, tho i'm a lil scared now wondering why i had that pain. I would count that as a success! Panic is SO UNPREDICTABLE! That's why I hate it!!! But, remember this next time. You are able to get through without panicking.

I really doubt that you are sick, especially since you feel fine now. Don't talk yourself into feeling worse. You made it through something that could have made you panic, but you were strong enough to not even pay attention to the panic.

    Congrats! Have a great day!

Yes, I would say it was gas! You probably passed it during the night without even knowing

^^ I agree. Gas can cause very extreme pain at times. Congrats on not flipping out- it probably helped a lot. How are you feeling now, has it happened again?
