Welcome! If you feel you have this phobia, then you have it. It manifests differently in different people. Some are afraid of only themselves v*, some are afraid of only others v*, and some are afraid of both.
I'm mostly afraid of myself v*, and others if it is something I can catch.

I mostly fear myself v*. I don't like to see others doing it, but it's not as terrifying like when I feel sick.

Any fear that a person has that causes a response in the body (adrenalin, increased heartbeats, holding the breath, tense muscles, whatever), and it isn't logical to be afraid of, and you avoid anything because of it....then that's a phobia. There are varying degrees of severity from a mild phobic response to complete terror and horror that's debilitating.

I'm moreterrified of others doing it, but I'm definitely scared of myself as well. I'm not scared of getting a stomach virus as most others seem to be, but I put it down to them being pretty rare in Australia, so I'm not as at risk. So everyone's different...
