    I feel so icky and I dont know why...I had chinese food for dinner, and
    i was surprise that it didnt upset my tummy, and it was sooo good and
    my mom and bf had it too...then this morning nothing really came out
    when i went potty and it has hurt...feels a little crampy and with the
    cramps i feel n* and im scared...i dont want to eat. i know im stressed
    because of my livign situation and moving at the end of the month. Plus
    i have been working out, except this morning becuase i felt too icky.
    It feels like I still need to go but it wont happen. I dont know but
    its making me panic...i think i shoudl ty and eat breakfast but im
    worried. my bf leaves for work in an ahour and then i will be alone,
    and i have to work at 1pm...i hate this Does it sounds like im
    sick??? or ibs???

    It's probably just IBS. I know Chinese food can cause my stomach to feel icky sometimes, along with a lot of other foods!

    I dont think it sounds like your sick. Sometimes when I eat Chinese food it doesnt agree with me that well, so I get really bad cramps. The n* is either from your neveres or because you have cramps. I deff. dont think your sick, so dnt worry. [img]smileys/smilies_01.gif[/img]
