    Today I tried making Chocolate truffles....boy was that a mistake!! I went through all the prep. and ended up with no truffles!! Why? Because the recipie just didn't seem right to me!! It called for a bunch of stuff, and then 3 raw eggs! At first I thought this was fine because I assumed that it would be baked. But no! The recipie had no actual baking in it! It just said to refrigerate it, roll it in to balls, and eat! Does this seem sketchy to anyone else?? Wouldn't that make one sick from the raw eggs?? I was really looking forward to some chocolate too! But I was too scared that I would get fp*! Does anyone have the correct recipie or did I read it wrong? lol.

    There are truffle reciepets and actually tons of recipets that involve
    raw egg...I personally would never want to eat raw egg, just not worth
    the risk, even when you used pasturized eggs...if you ever make
    something with raw egg you need them to be pasturized other wise there
    is a risk of fp*. Try a different reciept...look on Foodnetwork.net
    they have pretty good tips.
