I may have found a way that could help emets who have trouble eating. I went to an Italian restaurant for lunch today, but as soon as I ordered I started feeling sick and anxious. By the time they brought my food to me, I didn't want it at all.

I was determined to eat it, though, so I just forked a piece and shoved it into my mouth. Well as I chewed and such I started listing in my head all the different vitamins and antioxidants that I was getting from the tomatoes and garlic in the sauce. Before I knew it my plate was empty and I ended up thinking for the next half hour about how delicious my lunch was.

So may what we need to do is think about all the good we're doing for ourselves by eating good nutritous food, instead of worrying about v*ing it.

That's a great idea. I've been having appetite issues myself lately. The only problem is I have a poor diet to begin with, so I'd probably feel worse if I thought about what was going into my body...

Thats a good idea, concentrate on the good and not the bad and what ifs. I've had a poor apetite when it comes to meat recently but i'm pulling through, think it's getting better. Though i'm scared of eating out.

I've tried that before. As long as it is healthy food, it's a good idea.
