    I have not been doing well the past couple days. Feeling overall pretty gross yesterday with random stomach pains and gassy feeling. Ate a little broccoli and a lot of califlower the day before, so thought that might be causing the gassy feelings. But last night I had a few bites of dinner and had to escape to the bathroom with d*. Only had it the one time and no problems during the night. But, then today, I feel awful again. Had d* once this morning and just ate lunch. My stomach feels really tight and there are gurgles in my intestines. I keep thinking to myself that I must have a sv*, but then wouldn't it be even worse? I don't know what to do anymore. This fear of v* has just taken over all my thoughts and starting to make me really miserable and not much fun to be around. Ugh. I have to get out of this hole. [img]smileys/smilies_06.gif[/img]

    is your period due?


    have you tried taking a Pepcid or tagament for your tummy? It would take the gas out.

    my period is not due for another week. i usually don't start getting any symptoms until the day i get it. i haven't taken anything for my stomach except for peppermint and ginger tea. i used to take immodium a lot, but have recently found that makes the gasworse and then causes constipationthe next few days following taking it. so, i'm trying to stick it out and let "nature run its course", but it's been rough.

    I hope you feel better...sometimes people just get d* for any reason, i
    always freak from d*...it could just be the veggies, they have tons od
    fiber which cause gas and can cause d*

    Really? I knew it could cause gas but didn't know about the d*. Well, maybe that's it then. I usually stay away from both cauliflower & broccoli, but it just so happened that I ate both in the same day. Probably not a good idea. Because then I sit here freaking out and driving myself and my husband crazy. Ugh!

    There is just a lot of fiber in it, Too much of a good thing you know?
    Can you distract yourself with a movie? I just watched the notebook and
    cried like a baby because i love that movie and it reminds me of my
    love. Are you feeling any better hun?
