Argh I thought for sure tonite I'd get good sleep because I barely got any sleep the nite before (stomach bugging me). Tonite man everytime I try and lay down to sleep some my guts just hurt and feel churny and gassy. I just dont feel good. I am on my period, and yesterday I had to take an ImmAD to get through work. It almost feels like it could be trapped air or something, and I did take some pepto, but Ive been mostly unable to sleep at all. Its 7am already, and I keep trying to sleep but to no avail. I just feel misreable.

Nope I dont even own any. Isnt that for motion sickness?
Man this just sucks. It really hurts, its almost like theirs air trapped in there that cant go anywhere because I stopped things up with Imm AD yesterday. It feels like its where the large intestine runs along horizontally up by my stomach and at the "corners" is where it especially hurts. I'm not sure theres anything I can really do about it because it just seems stuck there.

I second the Dramamine! It's primary purpose is for motion-sickness, but I use it to help me fall asleep sometimes. It's like an anti-histamine. It knocks me out everytime and I don't wake up the next day feeling groggy or anything.

Benadryl can help with that too. Both are non-addicive, so you don't have to worry about dependence. My sister uses NyQuil to help her sleep, when she isn't sick. That stuff has alcohol in it, though, so I can't take it.

As long as you don't make a habit of it, Dramamine and Benadryl are great sleep inducers! And both have anti-nausea drugs in them--so you kill two birds with one stone: insomnia and nausea. Whoever invented those drugs deserves to go to heaven, as far as I'm concerned!

I am 3rd-ing the Dramamine. It makes you sleepy and makes your tummy feel better. Yes, it's for motion sickness, but it is an anti-emetic and ithas something else in it that totally helps me before I go into a situation that might lead me to a panic attack (like a long flight).

Hmm do you have to get dramamine like the name on the box says dramamine, or could it be the knock off brand, like lots of times pharmacies have their own product for cheaper, but it has the exact same ingredients as the real thing.?

The name brand is Dramamine. It's in a yellow box. Usually the stores put it near the Pepto and Imodium. One-stop shopping for all your digestive needs.

I always get the knock-off brand, and it works just as well for my family.
