Ugh I hate it when this happens. I had some weird dream about waist measurments (I had been reading about corsets when I was up yesterday), and for some reason woke up from the dream feeling definately queasy. I wonder if I was doing something to my stomach in my sleep that caused it? Bleh I hate it when that happens! Now I have to fight off the nausea feeling and hopefully try and get back to sleep here.

Gah man I can't hardly sleep due to nausea. Just a question but can peanut butter go bad? I am wondering because I went to my aunts for Thanksgiving, and we ate the big dinner (like 1pm), then had a real lite supper (about 6pm) and I had a PBJ sandwich for that. Well there wasnt much peanut butter in the can, and it looked kinda greasy, but I think it was ok, but wonder if I ended up getting sick if that could be it? Gah I just wanna sleep!

Man this makes me so mad cause ok today I practically HAVE to be at work (black friday) and I go in at like 2pm, so if I was sick theres definately time to know if I have a bug or something. Its just dammit why does it have to happen today of all dang days?? I mean hell it can't do this on my day off, when I don't necessarily have to have sleep. I just want to stop feeling queasy so I dont feel horrible at work cause I dont think I could handle that.

I don't think peanut butter can go bad. Maybe you are just queasy from a heavy meal in the afternoon followed by greasy pb? Do you have some tea you could drink?

Yeah I asked my husband and he says pb can't really go bad, so thats good. I dont need food poisoning now. I dont really feel like putting anything in my stomach, tho I did take some pepto.

Well I'm not exactly sure what it was cause later (like 8am) I got awful chills and went pale as a sheet, but after I went br it went away and I was able to sleep. I feel ok now except for being real tired and faint feeling.

Yeah today is gonna suck. About the last thing I want to do is go jump in the insanity for like 10 hours straight. Well even when feeling crappy I most always manage to make it through. Besides if I can just get through the next few days then I have time off again.

I hate this because for the past 2 weeks Ive gotten where I can't eat much, and in turn I think its messed up my guts some, which makes me afraid to eat much on days I have to be at work, so its like I go in semi starvation mode till I have some days off again then I feel its safe to eat more cause I don't have to "perform" at work, if that makes sense. I feel like I'm getting stuck in that not eating much rut again.

Peanutbutter always seems to look oily when it gets to the end especially. I just stir it lol. I'm glad you're feeling better and totally know what you mean about not eating. It's hard because not eating makes you feel sick and not want to eat but ultimately that's what you need to do lol damn cycle it is!

Hey Simply Me, yeah it is a horrible cycle. It really perpetuates itself, because you feel yuck when you don't eat, then when you try and eat again you feel sometimes worse and all crampy and sick, which makes you not want to eat anymore tho that is really the problem to begin with! Gah! Well I did make it ok thro work so thats good.

I totally agree. If I don't eat, i get REALLY n*. The acids just mess up my stomach and I have gagged from it ( times when I was n* with a cold or something and I didn't want to eat from fear of putting something in my stomach to make me end up v*). When I do eat normal sized meals, I can't even finish unless it's before my period and then I am ravenous and can eat like a horse. Most days, I eat small size meals because I hate feeling full and queasy.Glad you made it through work-believe me, I can relate!!!

This sounds like a minor panic attack- I've had a few of these
myself. After the chills and getting pale, I just lie down and
    pretty much feel exhausted.

I also go into a cycle of not eating as much- my fear related period is
at night. Daytime is fine. I usually eat a very small
supper and try not to feel full at any cost. For me, the feeling
stuffed tends to lead to n* and fears about v*. I do try to keep
healthy snacks and water on hand because caffeine can sometimes cause
n*-like feelings. I love food but I just don't want to ever
overeat at one sitting. This also goes into a cycle for me.
Right now I'm in a good period with few n* attacks and no panic
attacks. So I'm eating a bit more. In a bad period, I'll
cut back on the portions I'm eating.
