Last night, my stomach felt off, so I didn't eat dinner. I slept fine, and ate cereal this morning. Now I feel extremely n*. I took a Reglan and some Pepto-Bismol, but I still feel yucky. Anyone out there?

I thought my Reglan would have kicked in by now, but my stomach feels horrible. I'm trying to keep my mind off it, but it's hard.
Hey, I am here...
OK what's up...talk to me. Try to calm down though...What did you eat last night?
I'm here.
Maybe you feel n* because you need something to eat...Eating cereal is about as good for you as the cardboard box it came in, I think you need something else to eat. No dinner and just cereal todaycan make you feel off...
If it was a sv*, it would have hit you last night when you first felt off...at least that is what I think.
Thanks Kasey. I'm pretty sure it isn't a sv*. I have a lot of stress right now with my dog having cancer. Last night I had some Dorritos, which I usually do, and then by the time my husband wanted dinner, my stomach felt yucky. I did have some ice cream before I went to bed, though, which again, I usually do.
Yep, not a sv*...You are fine hun...Stress will do amazing things to our bodies and so will doritos and ice cream
Have a good day and if you need anything, I am here.
I just hope it isn't an ulcer. My stomach sort of burns and hurts and feels overly full, even when I don't eat a lot. I do have acid reflux, but I take Prilosec for that, and this feels different.
Hi, Cereal always makes me feel really sick ESPECIALLY on an empty stomach, or one that i salready upset from th enight before...The milk isn't the funnest thing to digest. Are you alright now? I hope your reglan has kicked in...
I'm here too! Hang in there. I agree with Kasey. I think you are in the clear!
Thanks guys. I guess I'm more worried it might be an ulcer or something from all my stress. I feel better, but not great. I think the Reglan must have kicked in because I don't feel so full now.
Well I think I might have an ulcer also...you need to get that checked out and so do I...I burn a lot and also just get stomach aches about 4 times a week...It's not IBS...It's a dull pain...weird.
But you should get that checked out.
Not sv* though.
Thanks Kasey. I know I should get it checked. I've had an upper GI and an upper endoscopy before, so I know what to expect. I just don't have time. I'm probably going to be running my dog back and forth to Cornell University 3 to 4 times a week for her radiation treatments soon. That's about a 2 to 2-1/2 hour drive one way. Tomorrow is her first visit, and I hope my stomach is feeling better by then.
Reglan works miracles. I love it. I think probably all of the milk products. Ice cream and milk would put me over the edge. I've always loved milk. Sometimes I can do it and sometimes I can't. Before I went through the upper GI and stuff, I would get a simple blood test for H-Pylori. Most all ulcers are caused from H-Pylori. Biaxin will cure that. I feel so bad about your dog. We took my sisters Pom to UGA for months to get radiation treatments. It was so hard on us. We loved him so much. I hope everything turns out OK with him. He looks precious.
Thanks Kayron, about Sammie. I hope everything turns out OK, too. I've been praying every day for her. I agree that the milk products may have added to my discomfort. It seems to keep coming and going. I ate a few dry crackers, and then I felt a little crappy again, and now I'm OK. Who knows what's wrong!
Milk causes me to get bad gas. That could be the crampy, full, churning feeling. Maybe a gas-x would help. Couldn't hurt. I'll be praying for Sammie too. I am such an animal lover. I am so weird I don't even like to call my Katie a dog. I call her baby. She is truly like my baby. When I first adopted her from the local shelter, I had to get up at night and rock her because she had kennel cough. It is the only thing that would ease her. Then we dealt with Parvo 2 weeks later. Nice shelter huh! She is doing great and I love her dearly. I commend you on doing what you are doing with her. Some vets scream the dreaded 'put them down.' That is not an option for me. I just couldn't do it. I would do all that I could do.
I know this is gonna sound strange but Dorritos could have been the problem. We had this discussion a while back and alot of people surprisingly have this stomache fullness and yuckiness with eating those darn things.

I was thinking that, too, Swiftette! I don't usually like to tell people on here what I ate last before doing the deed, but I shared that one once because it seemed that it had happened to many of us! I don't touch 'em now!

Kayron, I also refer to my dog as "my baby" or "my little girl."Thanks so much for your prayers
My dogs are my children...I am thinking of you and Sammie and ya'll are in my thoughts. I know how hard it is to watch your baby be sick or in pain...
I am thinking of you.
