Argh I just took 2 vitamin Cs, and now I feel kinda yuck to my stomach. One feels like its lodged in the middle of my chest. Man sometimes I hate taking pills, but I feel like I've been fighting some sinus thing so I guess its good to take when you need it. I did eat a few hours before or so, so its not that. Maybe sometimes vitamins can make you feel bleh no matter if you've eaten or not?

i've never had a problem with vitamins, although i always took them with food, but some people don't tolerate them well, i'm sure this is only temporary and will pass soon, relax and you'll feel fine in no time!

oh and one more thing, if it feels like it's stuck in your chest drink a lot of water or something hot like tea, cause that might be causing your stomach distress

Yeah vitamins are weird. Only sometimes do they seem to affect me, usually I'm okay tho if I take them with food. Now I just feel kinda bloated, but the one that feels lodged in my throat must have dissolved some.

Vitamin C can be kinda harsh on your digestive system (don't worry, it won't make you vomit). But it can cause diarrhea in higher doses for sure. It's also an acid, and any acid can upset the tummy. Probably it getting sorta stuck in your throat upped your anxiety, and this is what's causing your nausea though.

I definitely can't take vitamins. Even when Ionly take a half, they make my acid reflux worse.
