I hate writing these posts that are about my problems but im scared and this is the only place that will listen and understand.

i am for the most parta vegitarian.. however, i have a low protien deffiancy and hypoglaucemia so i have to eat protein and i mostly stick tocheese and pnt butter.

ANYWAY- tonight my mom cooked some backstrap and i was invited to dinner, i hadnt had any protein that day so i figured what the hell.

now its 1 in the morning and i am too nauseated. like i can still smell it ( mom constantly says its in my head), i smell it on me and on my skin ( even after the shower). its just that meat smell. my stom. is hurting and ive had the big d*. ( and this is SO gross but it diffently was not a normal color) im sweating and im scared.

ive mention before that i have never ( knock on wood) done the dirty deed, so i wouuld not like to start.

i already popped a phenagren and waiting for it to kick in.

do you think my body just wasnt ready for the meat or it could be something more serious. im not a happy camper right now....

I am pretty sure it was just your bodys' reaction because it isnt used to it. I work with a girl who is veg. and when her friends ordered pepperoni pizza she ate some and told me she had been up all night getting sick so i think it is deff. a reaction of your body but i could be totally wrong . oh and i should mention she had no other symptoms when this happened to her just tummy ache and gettign sick . Hope you get better.

How ya doing now? I would almost guarantee that it was the meat. Going against what your body is used to can upset it quicker than anything. Then, add to the your anxiety . . .

You're stomach hurts because it doesn't quite know what to do with that stuff. I'm sure you'll be fine once it digest. Considering you've never v*, I doubt this will be your first. You must have an iron stomach when it comes to that!

Hang in there & maybe try some ginger?

Oh yeah, I agree with everyone else...I don't eat red meat, EVER, and a few years ago my Sister placed a bet for me to try some steak...So at my Parents house I ate some streak...YUCKY!!! I freaked out because I was so n* and had bad d*...What I learned since then is that my body just wasn't used to that...This explains why young children have different reactions to new food, their body isn't used to it...It won't hurt you and sounds like you are just *Graphic*, getting it out by d*...Don't worry about it...Chew some gum or eat some peppermints, that always helps me.

    Let me know.
