so, I am intrigued by the benifits of ginger and garlic. I bought some of both, fresh, at the grocery today.They look pretty sitting in the fridge.Problem is...I'm not exactly sure what to do with them. As a general rule, I don't eat spicy food~I tend tostick to veggies, baked chicken and salmon and breads.But it's time to kick it up a notch.I'm challenging the emetand trying new things. Having said that~ anybody know of any yummy recipies with ginger/ garlic?
