Welcome to the forum.
I can tell you that before I found this forum I didn't know I was emetophobic. Many people who are emetophobic have no idea they have it. They know they are afraid of v* but some don't know it's an actual phobia or are too embarrassed to tell others. Maybe that's why you haven't met any emets in your area.
I have a blog and I can tell by the counter, that there are several people from Ontario that have hit on my site.
