Hi All


i am new to the site and just wanted to say hi and hope that u are all well. i have had this since i was 12. i have become worse in the last 2 years due to having my daughter and living in fear that either she or i will be ill.
I recently had a tummy bug which has set me back and am now struggling to eat but i am getting there.

I look forward to talking to yoyu all amd maybe offer some advice if it's needed.

I'm so sorry you got set back.... I hate that...
I myself have a very high chance of being ill next week, because I'm going in for surgery... so nervous about it
But ya gotta keep your chin up.... every time you have to face your fear, you've won just a little more in this battle. And that is something to be proud of yourself for... you got sick, but you fought it and WON! 1000 points for you 0 for emetophobia![img]smileys/smilies_04.gif[/img]

I try and think like that but it doesn't always work. I have been panicking all morning as have a water infection and am in pain but just don't wanna be s* with it. gonna try and get doc appointment and see what she says.
