Im sorry she is sick. Souns like she may have a little bug. Just be sure to keep her well hydrated and tell urself it will be ok. Its normal to not feel well while ur taking care of someone who is unwell. Dont feel bad and u are not a bad parent. We all hate taking care of our sick kids but we still do it. Keep ur chin up!! You can do it! Like grgygrl said, it is quite normal to not feel well if you are taking care of someone who is sick or just being in the house with someone who is sick. i hope your daughter feels better

    Awwwwwww hun (((hugs)))

Well I think youre coping really well, I know plenty of people that would have run 10 miles by now!! Its really common for them to get regularly sick at that age, it doesnt even have to be a bug. Its 100% normal to fee sick when youre taling care of someone else, even people without emet feel like it. It doesnt necessarily mean anything, just that youre freaked out.

You will and can get through this, and youre not a crap parent, you just have a horrible phobia thats making you feel that way. You obviously love your daughter to bits otherwise youd have been out the door, so congrats for having the strength to stay and deal with it!!

Do you have any family or friends to talk to who can help and support you??

How are you feeling now?? Is your little one feeling any better hun?? Were all here for ya xx

Hope things are better today. Its so hard when they are that little. They really cant tell you how bad they feel. Good job taking care of her, she needs you right now.
