gone off ice cream

Ugh!
Am feeling quite ill but haven't been sick!
I was eating some ice cream last night and felt fine.
I woke up this morning feeling sick and ocntinued to feel sick during the day. I then had a bad case of diahorreah (cant spell it!)
I began to feel a bit better this evening though so I had a bit more ice cream, only to look at the date and see that it went off in march!
I laughed out loud! It was really odd - in spite of feeling very sick today and like I was about to be sick, I haven't panicked once... I still went in to college this morning, I came back home and just had a slice of toast for lunch, I went out to have coffee with a friend this afternoon and did my 30 minute drive into two and back!
It just goes to show that you can still feel sick but still live your life doing what you want to do!

Good job! It would be really hard to get me to go off ice cream I think, as it is about my favourite food!! I'm glad you didn't let it rule the way you lived your day - good for you!
