sp: sorry to hear you're anxious and not feeling well today. I hope you're ok soon.
I moved your topic to "Experiences" since it really doesn't seem to be about "cured" or belong in "success stories" (not yet anyway!)

Pills take a very long time to 'go off'. Years and years. And I doubt you have taken anything that would make you v*.

I agree with cash, I dont think theres any chance you will v* at all, I have done the same thing in the past and been totally fine. You just need to try and calm your anxiety.

Dont beat yourself up hhun, youre just having a 'bad' day. Im sure we all get them. It doesnt mean youre back to the drawing board, or youre getting worse again or anything, it just means youre under a lot of stress right now. You obviously are getting better and making huge strides in coping with and getting over this phobia, but you gotta allow yoursefl the odd 'off' day!! Be proud of what you have achieved so far, and just dismiss that one bad day.

How you doing now?? (((hugs))) xxxxx

    Hi hunni,

So glad to hear youre ok and you got through those rough couple of days! Youre bound to be really stressed and paranoid about being s* right now cos of the importance of your exams, so just be as sensible as you can till theyre over. Keep washing hands etc, keep hands away from eyes/nose/mouth, only eat food you know youre ok with etc, dont over-eat, make sure you always have something on you that can help the n* or help you relax (peppermint sweets/ginger gum....).

Good luck hun, keep us posted (((hugs))) xxxx
