    Do you guys do this?

Really bad bout with n*/v*/d* (any or all) and it's like, "Hmmmm, what dangerous substance or circumstance did I come into contact with that's prompted this violent revolution of my digestive system?"

    Was it the macaroni salad?
The few bites of tuna grinder?
The leftover barbecued chicken from that party?
The bug that's going around at work?
The soup I had for lunch at that restaurant? I thought those red bits were uncooked hamburger at first, but upon closer inspection it was either little bits of peppers or tomatoes... but who REALLY knows?

I go through in my mind and categorize, "Risky, Safe. Safe, Safe. Risky. Really Risky." et cetera. Even if I never figure out what really did it, I HAVE to think endlessly about it... until the next time comes along, and I start all over again. (Having IBS doesn't help, as I rarely have anything "normal" going on inside, but every now and then I get something I KNOW is even less healthy than usual.)
Normalcy is merely indicative of a lack of courage.

Yup, I do that too. Even when panicky I start thinking "did I eat anything bad, was I around anyone sick etc etc etc" Its mind numbing!

Yes definitely! Usually when I've actually v*ed it was a sick family member. I have IBS like symptoms especially when emetophobia is really bad on me or I have anxiety for other reasons so with n* and d* it could be just about anything!
