hey....just me !

Was wondering if any of the girls know any over the counter or herbal tablets that are really good for periods? Yesterday I had the worst back ache and pain and i just wanted to v* constantly! But i was ok with it, not sure why but i was completely calm about it (strange) !
Anyways, if anyone can suggest anything that would be great, I can't take the pill or anythin bcos of the certain side effects that it has so theres no point me going the doctors about it !
