Well Nat i didn't c it and even if i came across the channel i wouldn't have watched it,i really hate jackass, like u say,why do people feel the need to make themselves feel so unwell....BUt it sounds like u did well to watch it,as u must have been in an uncomfortable situation, men love to watch this sort of thing,i mean even the non V****ing scenes i find disturbing, when they hurt themselves, but everyone to there own.....

Ive seen that jackass before, and ot freaked me out t the time. I guess for some ppl v*ing really doesnt bother them? Try not to think about it. And id advise u not to watch jackass, wildboyz, dirty sanchez or viva la bam lol!!!! But i have seen them all and theres v* in all of them at some point. Dont let it bother u too much, i know it wasnt nice but dont let it make ur emet bad again.

I never watch that either. Somebody at work was telling me about a show on Sky One Mix - something like'Worlds Sickest Vidoes' and they get people to eat or drinks loads just to see them throw up. I don't think I could watch anything like that - and how can people find it amusing

OMG Jackass is so gross but it is my favourite program. Im sorry if you dont agree but some of the stunts they do just crack me up. I know which episode you're talking about. Its the one where they each see how much milk they can drink without puking. Trust me if you dont like this, you will not like the movie! Personally i love it but im a bloke and us blokes like seeing the grossest stuff to be viewed lol!

haha that still comes on??i saw that like a couple years ago, i dont think jackass even comes on anymore, they replaced it with viva la bam and party boys (party boys has v**** in just about every episode, just a heads upt o anyone that coems across it ) i have stupidly seen the jackass movie....scard for life! ah my innocent 15 year old eyes >_<! lucky for me though, v*mit on tv or movies usually doesnt bother me, enless its like that one milk episode yall are talking about, something REALLY discusting and repetative (sp?)like that makes me nervous, but i dont think i have ever had a panic attack from watching it on tv or a movie before. real life is a total different storie though !Edited by: babyblubug01

    *Opens a can of worms*

Before I was ever aware of having emetophobia or panic attacks, I saw this episode of Jackass and had a panic attack during this sequence. It was the most horrific v***t related... thing I had seen in many many years, and it deeply disturbed me. (They are not just v*ing once, the 'challenge' was to drink a gallon of milk as fast as possible. It just kept coming. It was awful)

I probably can't blame this for the way I am now but I can bloody well say it contributed.

I have to say that as gross as I think the puke scenes are, and I'm referring to the snorting wasabe in the movie, I thought that movie was seriously one of the funniest things I've ever seen. I watched it at a friend's house, laughed my ass off, came home and made my husband watch it with me again immediately. And I'm 39, not 16....loved it....but I can TOTALLY see how it would freak people out. Completely.

I think I have a love-hate relationship with the Jackass boys. Not only the vomiting, but a lot of stuff they do is absolutely disgusting.I don't recommend you watch these movies or the shows unless you're almost totally cured. The thing is, when I was almost totally cured I used the scenes from Jackass to finish off my exposure therapy (yes, I bought the darn movie). Cuz it's SO REAL. Not staged to look sort of ok or anything - it's just right out there. AND - here's the love part - these dudes are totally unafraid of it. To them vomiting is a joke. They all laugh, and then the guy who was sick laughs too. It REALLY HELPED ME (is that insane or what?). I guess cuz to me, vomting was akin to death or near-death and was SO SERIOUS. It was helpful in the end to see that someone could look it at as purely - NOTHING.

Oh yes, and also I laughed my ass off at some of the other stuff they did. I kept saying to my teenage daughter: WHY would anyone do something like that (all the way through the movie) and her answer was always the same: BECAUSE THEY'RE JACKASSES!

The "offroad tatoo" was the funniest thing I've ever seen some complete idiot do. Tears were rolling down my face from the laughter.

    Weird!

i can understand how it did help you sage as i did think i would have panic attacks more since watching it but i havent had one yet!
it has kind of made me see that its not so bad to v*! although its the feeling sick that panics me the most and they didnt really get that feeling for long i suppose cos the v* straight after drinking the milk!
could never do that to myself though! xxxx
