So, Louise and I spent the weekend in London together. We had the best time

The reason I am writing here is because I wanted to let you all know how brave my gf is. I am so proud of her. I wanted to go out to eat, but I knew Louise only ever eats out at one place, a place she trusts completely. I wasn't expecting to actually go eat out because I knew it causes her anxiety, but I suggested it anyways. And suprisingly enough, she agreed to give it a go. We hit the hut (went to Pizza Hut) ..... and she shared my pizza.

Ok, so she was anxious before, during and after, but the main point is that she did it. I would like to think that I made it somewhat easier for her

    I am so proud.

Oh yeh, we went back the next night too

Yeah it's true lol Actually I didn't feel that anxious, especially not the second time, I was too busy laughing. My Mum is amazed, shes never been able to get me to eat anywhere. Mainly cos (as you all know) I have problems eating anywhere thats public.

Whats really weird is that even though I had the odd passing bit of anxiety I really had no Panic attack afterwards. I normally would have. I guess I didn't have time to!

So now it means when Karen is here I can take her out somewhere. Hopefully somewhere a bit fancy so that We can get dolled up but we might be tempted into hitting the hut also

I am amazed by how little anxiety I had that weekend. I mean I had overall moments where I felt sad (when I thought about my job and when it was time to leave), but that was not emet related. Karen kinda takes away the worries I have, she helps me feel free and less restricted in the things I choose to do, even if they are just lil things like eating out or getting on a peddle boat.

    Thanks Sweetie

    Hey Hippie!

I think thats great that you are feeling more confident and able to do things like that!! Karen, you sound very supportive, which is good and helps emets break more free of things that otherwise would hold them back. Eating at unfamilar restaurants can be tough, especially if the people you are with aren't exactly sympathetic! I wish more people were. Good going!

Aerodynamically the bumblebee shouldn\'t be able to fly, but the bumblebee doesn\'t know that so it goes on flying anyway.
