I hope that you can relax and feel better. Just be careful (was your
hands, use disinfectant and bleach, etc). Sometimes falling asleep with
a heating pad on my abdomen (it has auto shut off ... which is
important for safety in my opinion) helps me relax and forget about any
contrived anxious feelings that I have in my stomach. We will get
through this (:
I do the same thing with the heating pad!! except the other night i had had it on me all during the day as well and it doesnt have an auto turn off, usually i do ebfore i fall aslee but i forgot and i got a few little blisters
. Ha but either way i think it helps.
Anywho, yeah i think many people feel the same way you do, and not only emets. I notice everyone who im in classes with and at my work we are all tired of winter and just sicknesses in general.
But the goodnews is we are finally on the upswing of winter...or so i have to tell myself in order to not get too sad. Because after febrary we are really over with all the bad stuff and then its just the big thaw (well at least up here in Milwaukee it is). Just remember that this too shall pass, and before we know it it will be a nice spring with flowers and sun!
Hope you are doing well!
