I've felt weird all day. I haven't wanted to eat anything, I've just had this feeling like I feel sick, even though I'm not sure if I actually do or not, and I just don't know what to do to make it go away! I've been sipping peppermint tea, but it's not really doing anything, but I don't know that there's anything to do! I just feel like I don't feel well... And it REALLY freaks me out.
I hate this whole cycle of returning to this! I can't tell the difference between anxiety and reality. UGH!
