    I've felt weird all day. I haven't wanted to eat anything, I've just had this feeling like I feel sick, even though I'm not sure if I actually do or not, and I just don't know what to do to make it go away! I've been sipping peppermint tea, but it's not really doing anything, but I don't know that there's anything to do! I just feel like I don't feel well... And it REALLY freaks me out.

    I hate this whole cycle of returning to this! I can't tell the difference between anxiety and reality. UGH!

    I think if you have real n*, you'll know it for sure - it's such a definite feeling. it's hard to distract your mind from it. It's like a painful feeling in your throat. Real n* is much stronger than anxious one.
    It was hard but I'd do it again (c)

    Sorry you aren't feeling well. I have a lot of trouble distinguishing real n* from anxiety too. Keep trying to sip frink. Try some flat cola, it's good for upset tummy's. Just stir the bubbles out of it. Try and do some deep abdominal breathing too. I'm finding that helps my anxiety when I concentrate. If you haven't tried it before breathe in deep to expand your belly to the count of five then exhale slowly to five as well. I aim for 10 of them. Good luck.
