Aerodynamically the bumblebee shouldn\'t be able to fly, but the bumblebee doesn\'t know that so it goes on flying anyway.

It's ok to vent, Jenneh. That lady was really mean it sounds like. You should complain or something. If she was that way to you, she's probably like that to everyone else and shouldn't be working there. That's not right. You should call and make an appointment with someone for your medication. You don't want to get bad withdrawal symptoms. Hope you feel better soon.

Aww BIG HUGS. I know that a hug might not help right now but you need a nice big snuggly one.
It is hard. That was my problem for a long time. Like a bad cycle. I wanted to go to the doctor and get a med but I didn't want to have to go in and sit and wait for one. My phobia was horrible. One day though I reached the point where you are right now and I just did it.
I think it was very rude and unprofessional of the secretary to act so impatient and rude. It would be just as easy to say something nicely about what was available and see if you wanted to call back about the times.
Anywaysyou will be a lot better off if you can get your buttin there hun. Once I was there I knew it was for the better.
You are on anti depressants already? If so sometimesif youaren't there for a follow up you can go to the pharmacy and they can call the doctor have him say yes you can have a refill and they will refill the prescription for you. You justhave togoback and get the pills.
I am not sure if you have a walk in clinic or not. We have them here inCanada and they open upin the evening when the doctors office is closed and on the weekends and the doctors there will refill a prescription for you as well. It is quieter and closer togo to themsometimes. I have done that myself.

I wish there was something I could say or do to helpyou.
