has anyone ever tried meditation to help with emet? I know its a form of clearing the mind and it could help with many other things. i use to practice it around a year or so ago, however i kind of got lazy and stopped all at once. Now having emet i think ill attempt to start practicing it again. Just wonder if anyone has tried it to help with emet and if it did.

I've practiced yoga for the last 14 years or so, and when I am faithful with the meditation portion my anxiety is much more manageable. I get sidetracked too easily though, and get busy and don't do it for a while. I really notice a difference in the way I manage stress when I am not meditating regularly.

My meditation consists of repeating "please don't v*, please don't v*" over & over! Lol.

But on a serious note, I've heard meditation and even yoga can help greatly for anxiety.
