Starting on October 18th I have to go to Drivers Education TWICE a week (Mondays and Wednesdays) and for three hours until November 10th. I'm really nervous about me v-ing during those classes. And another thing that is making it worse is my cousin is going with me. Yeah. thats a good thing but on Mondays his dad agreed to take us up and bring us home and he has a truck and I cannot sit in between two people in a truck. And even if my cousin did sit in the middle what if I v? I'm too shy to say, "PULL OVER" so I'd just do it right there. And I'm nervous. GOSH, I'm SO nervous. I need this drivers education so I can get my license but I'm so freaking scared. How am I going to get through this? All together I'll spend 24 hours in that freaking class room. I dont want to get sick or feel sick. Uhh. I'm a nervous wreck and the classes dont even start for a couple weeks. I'm an idiot.

You are not an idiot. You will be fine in your classes. You'll be concentrating too much on what you need to learn in order to pass. You won't have time to think about the emet. As for being in the truck, strike up some conversation (anything you want), to get your mind off of it. That's what I do. I just start talking and talking and forget about other things. You'll be fine.

i kow i cant say much to make u feel better -- but just try and forget about thigns and focus on learning how to drive SO MUCH.

I think that you will be fine hun. Truely like the others said you are going to be concentrationg so hard at the class that your mind is going to be busy.
Do you get car sick? if you don't then all the better you will be fine in the truck. Keep the chatter up bring some gum and don't think about it too much. Why do you HAVE to sit in the middle? If you are more comfortable on the outside and that makes the difference then plitely ask to sit on the outside. If you cousin knows about your emet it shouldn't be a problem at all.
best of luck hun I am sure it will all go great. Don't let the emet ruin this new path of freedom.

First off by calling yourself an idiot you are calling all of us idiots!!!!! LOL Because we feel and think the same way pretty much....and yeah I did think like you when I went also, but trust me when I tell you, you lose focus of your stomach and you start to listen to the instructor teach you about driving, sounds silly but its actually very interesting......and just think, soon you've be driving a car and no longer walking and bussing it everywhere!!!!

I guarantee that having a licence has saved my life, I get to where I want, when I want, and if I need to go, I go, and I'm home alot quicker and I don't have to depend on anybody to take me home either, or having to wait around for the person!!!

I also found out that we have to drive eight hours with the instructor. Now I have seen their cars on the roads before. They are TWO DOOR cars. And I was wondering if they take only one student at a time or a small group?I CANNOT sit in the back seat of a two door car because if I were to v I wouldnt be able to roll down a window or anything. I feel really trapped in the back of a two door car. Does anyone know if they take a group or not? I'm SCARED. I can't do this....

I remember when I took those classes oh geez about 13 years ago, sometimes I was by myself and sometimes there was maybe one other person with me. Maybe you could talk to your instructor and just tell him/her that you would rather be by yourself. I was mostly by myself, and it was fun.
