Can anyone tell me what to say to the psyc on my first visit. I mean, am I like supposed to just tell him i'm afraid of vomiting and that I want to try and get over this. Will he know what emet is? I'm kinda nervous about this and I don't want him to look at me like i'm insane. Can anyone share any info with me because I don't know where to start with this guy? Has anyone ever went to a psyc who said he has never heard of emet? Let me know, anything will help.
