Hello friends!

I have noticed a lot of you are feeling low, and we post our problems
here, which is great when we need support, suggestions, and just plain
compassion!

But I have an idea, and if anyone wishes to join feel free! In this one
thread I would like you all to list the good things in your life, the things,
or people that make you feel happy, or give you peace, inspiration etc.

Just something to get your minds off of the things that woe you for
awhile.

Just an idea! If you don't feel like it feel free to disregard this.

For me.. it's my family. No matter what trials hit us I am still so blessed to
have them. It isn't always easy, and we have had our share of struggles.
We're not rich, but we have enough in my opinion. We have just what we
need for the time, even if it is not worldly ideal.

Despite all of the icky viruses going around, and the things that can be
really scary, I am happy to have them.. and my books... oh and fun!Edited by: sdfl

This is a really good idea. Good chance to make things a bit more positive on here.

Hmm lets see things that make me happy in my life..

My boyfriend, Obviously. He is amazing, and supports me through this phobia and other anxiety factors, and is always there when i need him. Last night i was having a panic attack, and he actually shed a tear cause he seen how upset i was. He'd do anything in his power to make me happy.

Food- i love my food, eating is one thing that emet has never stopped me from doing, i also love to cook. but ofcourse i like eating the food even more.

Sunny days, and being outside in nature, and photography are among my likes as well..
Go confidently in the direction of your dreams. Live the life you have imagined.

You sound like an awesome gal! Food is the epitome of cool!
Your boyfriend sounds like a winner too, full of compassion. My husband
has shed tears before. When he thought I was dying (Which I wasn't, just my
heart being a dumb dumb).

It's great to feel a nice sunny day and take photos!
Keep on trucking, I mean rocking! Edited by: sdfl

I love this! Very positive and it gets you to think about that positive things in life! I really do love my life. I love my family, my boyfriend and my friends. My mom is always there for me and so is my boyfriend. I love to go out and adventure all the things in life. I do love food though! Sometimes it is hard for me to eat but I do anyways! I love being around people and having fun! I do have fun 90% of the time, dispite this phobia, I really enjoy life a lot.

Ah! Carolyn that is so refreshing to hear! Despite these phobias we can still
learn to enjoy life despite every trial!
It's just another step in our paths to being cured I think

I love my family, sports, knitting, writing, playing the flute, my cat, and drama/singing. There's so much I'm grateful for. The school I'm going to next year, living in a loving family, etc. Great thread, sdfl!
