question for Sage

Can you tell me what you did to overcome this emet. And I wanted to ask your advice on taking an anti-anxiety and anti-depressant drug. I don't know much about any of those kinds of prescriptions but I wantto know what you recommend? Anything you could tell me would be helpful.

I actually didn't take any medication. But that doesn't mean I don't think it's effective, and a good idea for many people. Anyway, I wouldn't give medical advice to anyone, and I also suggest that you never ask for medical advice on the internet. Even someone claiming to be a doctor could be a 15-year-old boy!

I am still in therapy, and will continue to be because it helps me so much to grow as a person. The phobia fades farther and farther into the background now...I can hardly even bring on any fear response no matter what the hell I do. So it's good. Wonderful. A life filled with peace, joy and blessings.
