iv read a lot of material on panic attacks on this site, and iv come to the conclusion that mine are totally different.
mine consist of feeling sick, then i become consciously aware of feeling sick, then i can't touch my stomach without feeling as though I'm about to heave.. when i manage to settle myself, i become convinced that my stomach is about to..you kno, so i need to take in deep breaths..if this type of sensation occurs in public or in a classroom i will have an overwhelming urge to run out.
am i just on another plain?
